Activities

Bonding activities and competency presentations are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

Discipline Meetings

Meetings for each discipline occur after activities on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • Time: 10:55 am to 1:50 pm CST / 4:55 pm to 7:50 pm GMT +1.

Cohort and Group Meetings

Scheduled based on Central Standard Time (CST) / GMT +1 to discuss group projects and progress.

Open-Door Meeting

Optional meeting sessions to connect with peers and support staff.

  • Open Door 1: Time: 10:00 am – 10:30 am CST / 10:00 am – 10:30 am GMT +1
  • Open Door 2: Time: 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm CST / 8:00 pm – 8:30 pm GMT +1

Students are expected to attend all scheduled activities. While one absence is permitted, consistent participation is encouraged for optimal learning.
